Conversion Sprint – Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work

The Conversion Sprint is a focused, time-boxed service provided by Design Press (“the Agency”) intended to improve website content, structure, and calls-to-action. It does not include full website redesign, brand development, or custom integrations unless specifically stated in writing.

2. Deliverables

Deliverables are limited to the items outlined in the approved proposal or sprint outline. Any additional work requested after project commencement will require a separate quote and timeline adjustment.

3. Timeline

The Sprint is completed within five (5) business days once all required access, content, and materials are received from the Client. Delays in providing these materials may postpone delivery; such delays are not the responsibility of Design Press.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide:

Website administrative access and any third-party logins needed to perform updates.

Timely feedback and approvals during the sprint.

Accurate brand, product, and business information.
Design Press is not liable for errors or omissions arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the Client.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment (or the deposit specified in the proposal) is due prior to project commencement. Work will not begin until payment is received. All fees are non-refundable once work has started, due to the intensive and time-bound nature of the Sprint.

6. Revisions & Adjustments

One (1) round of minor text or CTA adjustments is included within five (5) days of delivery. Major revisions, new design elements, or feature requests will be billed separately.

7. Results Disclaimer

Design Press makes no guarantees of specific increases in website traffic, conversions, or sales. Performance results vary depending on external factors such as market conditions, advertising spend, search ranking, and user behaviour.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Design Press, its employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising from or related to the Sprint.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific Sprint service.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client owns all revised website content and deliverables created under this Sprint. Design Press retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information, login credentials, and client data exchanged during the project.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement before the Sprint start date. If terminated after commencement, all work completed to date will be billed in full and any remaining balance forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

13. Acceptance

By engaging Design Press and submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

14. Audit Scope & Pricing Disclaimer

The Website Audit and/or Website Refresh Sprint investment price applies to standard websites up to five (5) pages in total (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact, Blog).
Websites exceeding this scope, or containing advanced features such as e-commerce, booking systems, or multi-language content, may be subject to an adjusted quote or extended timeline.

Design Press reserves the right to assess scope and confirm pricing before project commencement.
